Publication policies
A publishing framework for the reliability of research, the responsibility of authors and readers' access to knowledge.
Research and publication ethics
Plagiarism, data fabrication, misleading alteration of findings, duplicate publication and citation manipulation are not accepted. Concerns are assessed by examining the work, its sources and the explanations together, not only by a similarity score.
Research involving human participants, personal data or material requiring permission must state the relevant ethical approvals and consents. Unnecessary personal information should not be published.
Open access, licence and fees
The publishing model is based on charging readers no access fee and authors no submission or publication fee. No payments or manuscripts are accepted during the preparation phase.
The default article licence is Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0). It allows reuse provided appropriate credit is given and changes are indicated. The licence of each article is stated on its page; third-party material may require separate permission.
Article copyright is separate from the design and trademark rights of the site. Protecting authorship and attribution is essential. If the publishing model changes, the new terms must be announced before submission.
Data, methods and AI
Methods must be described in enough detail for the research to be evaluated. If data and code can be shared, the means of access is given; if not, ethical, personal-data or rights restrictions are stated.
Authors are expected to disclose the scope of AI use rather than conceal it. Authors are responsible for checking that sources exist and that outputs are accurate. Transferring confidential files to unauthorised services during peer review is not appropriate.
Corrections, retractions and complaints
Depending on the type of error in a published work, a correction, an editorial note or a retraction is considered. Changes are never made silently; their reason and date are recorded. Except where necessary, the scholarly record of a retracted work is preserved with an explanatory notice.
For ethics reports and appeals, share the article details and supporting evidence. Reports are examined impartially, and the people concerned are given the opportunity to respond. Contact: contact page.
Publication schedule and preservation
The journal is planned to publish two issues per year (June and December); the date of the first issue will be announced with the first call for papers. We make no claim of a permanent archiving service, DOI registration or acceptance by any index. Verifiable information will be published here as these arrangements are completed.
A plan for publishing continuity, backups and preservation of content if the platform closes must be finalised before the first publication.
Reference frameworks
Our publishing processes are prepared with reference to the COPE, DOAJ, OASPA and WAME Principles of Transparency and the COPE Core Practices. These links do not imply membership, certification or index acceptance.
Framework version: 16 October 2026 · An editorial review will take place before the first call.
